Delete your account
Your PayNexa ID works on both PayNexa Connect and PayNexa Jobs (hiring.paynexaindia.com). Deleting it removes your account from both.
Delete it yourself (instant)
- PayNexa Connect: open the app → your Profile → Settings (⚙) → Delete my account → type DELETE → confirm.
- PayNexa Jobs: sign in → open the side menu → Delete account → type DELETE → confirm.
Can't sign in? Ask us
Email info@paynexaindia.com with the subject "Delete my PayNexa account" and the mobile number you sign in with. We will confirm it is your account (we may call or send an OTP to that number) and delete it within 7 working days.
What is deleted
- Your profile, photo, username and sign-in
- Your posts, photos and videos, comments, likes, connections, follows, blocks, chats and notifications
- Your PayNexa Jobs profile, résumé and applications, if you have them
What is kept
- For employers on PayNexa Jobs: payment records and GST invoices, for 8 years as Indian tax law requires.
- A short note that an account was deleted (date and account type, no personal details), for security.
