These terms apply to PayNexa Connect (connect.paynexaindia.com and the Android app), run by PAYNEXA INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED, Nashik. By creating an account or using PayNexa Connect you agree to them, and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use it

• You must be 18 or older.
• Use your real name and one account per person. Do not pretend to be someone else or a business you don't represent.
• Keep your sign-in safe. You are responsible for what is posted from your account.

2. Community Guidelines — what is not allowed

• Fake jobs and money scams: asking for fees, deposits or payments for jobs, training or "guaranteed placement"; pyramid or chain schemes; fake offers.
• Harassment and hate: abuse, threats, bullying, or attacking people for religion, caste, gender, region, disability or any other identity.
• Sexual or violent content: nudity, sexual content, or graphic violence. Any content that sexualises or endangers children is removed and reported to the authorities.
• Spam: repeated posts, mass messages or connection requests, misleading links, or selling unrelated products.
• Other people's private information: posting someone's phone number, address, ID documents or private messages without permission.
• Copied content: posting photos, videos or writing you don't own or have permission to share.
• Illegal activity: anything that breaks Indian law, including drugs, weapons, gambling or fraud.
• Misleading content: false claims about qualifications, a fake Verified badge, or misinformation that can cause harm.

3. Reporting, blocking and what we do

• Report any post, comment or profile with the ⋯ menu. The PayNexa team reviews every report.
• Block anyone from their profile. They can't message you, comment on your posts, follow you or send requests, and you won't see their posts.
• If something breaks these terms we may remove it, limit features, remove a Verified badge, or suspend or delete the account. Serious cases — like fraud or child-safety issues — are reported to the authorities.
• If you think we got it wrong, write to the Grievance Officer below.

4. Your content

• You own what you post. You let PayNexa show it to other members inside PayNexa Connect, and resize or format it for that purpose.
• You can delete your posts and comments any time. Deleting your account deletes them.

5. Jobs and hiring posts

Only people approved by PayNexa can post "Hiring" posts. PayNexa does not employ anyone through PayNexa Connect and does not guarantee any job. Check every offer yourself, and never pay to get a job.

6. Free service, no guarantees

PayNexa Connect is free. We work to keep it running and safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. PayNexa is not responsible for what members post or for deals made between members. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian law.

7. Ending your account

You can delete your account any time — see how to delete your account. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

8. Law and changes

These terms follow the laws of India; courts in Nashik, Maharashtra have jurisdiction. If we change these terms we will update the date at the top and tell you in the app for important changes.
